🔄 **ROTATION FORMAT:**
**10 players rotate every 20 minutes** to keep the games moving and give everyone fair playing time.

⚠️ **CONFIRMED SLOT POLICY**
Once your name is listed, **your slot is considered CONFIRMED and can no longer be cancelled.**

If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, change of plans, or any other reason, **the court fee will still need to be settled** since your slot has already been reserved and included in the court arrangement.

If allowed by the organizers, you may **find another player to take your slot** instead.
