This open play is built for intermediate to advanced players who enjoy fast-paced rallies and competitive matchups. Expect high-level play and consistent intensity on court.

To keep the experience sharp for everyone, this session isn’t suited for beginners. If you’re just getting started, we recommend joining our beginner-friendly sessions first to build your foundation.

-Open to all players with DUPR rating of 3.0+ or vouched to be at least mid-intermediate level

‼️ Match Point Open Play – Cancellation & Slot transfer Policy

By confirming and paying for your slot, you agree to the following terms:

1. All payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the event is cancelled by Match Point. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans
- Work or personal commitments
- Illness
- Bad weather
- Transportation issues
- Traffic
- Late arrival
- No-show
- Any other unforeseen circumstances

2. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another player.
- You may first coordinate with a waitlisted player, if available.
- If there are no waitlisted players, you may find your own substitute.
- Any reimbursement must be arranged privately between the original player and the replacement player. Match Point will not process or facilitate reimbursements.

3. All slot transfers must be approved by the Match Point admin. The replacement player may only participate after receiving admin confirmation.

4. Late arrivals are not entitled to any refund, discount, extension, or makeup playing time. Games will continue as scheduled to ensure fairness and smooth court rotations.

5. No-shows automatically forfeit their slot and payment. Their slot may be assigned to a waitlisted player if available.

6. We will strictly enforce the maximum player limit. Once the session is full, no additional players or courts will be accommodated.

7. Payment constitutes acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
