🤝 Community Play Guidelines
The goal of ReClub Open Play is to create a welcoming environment where everyone gets quality court time and opportunities to meet different players.

Players are encouraged to rotate partners throughout the session. However, players may agree to partner with one another provided the selected partner is next in the queue and the arrangement does not disrupt the rotation flow or fairness of play.

📋 How to Reserve Your Slot
1️⃣ Tap in and request to join the session
2️⃣ Wait for approval and placement as waitlisted
3️⃣ Complete payment once approved
4️⃣ Send your payment screenshot for verification
5️⃣ Your slot is officially confirmed after payment verification

⚠️ Slot Transfer Policy

All confirmed slots are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to a player on the waitlist. The replacement player will reimburse you directly, and the organizer must be notified before the event so the participant list can be updated accordingly.
Players who give up their slot are responsible for coordinating reimbursement with the replacement player.
