🎾 Pickleball Drill Session

1.⁠ ⁠Dink Placement Drill
• 1 player dinks to opponent’s left and right kitchen corners
• Opponent returns each shot to the middle

2.⁠ ⁠Serve, Dink to Volley Drill
• Both players dink 2 shots each
• Then transition into volley exchanges

3.⁠ ⁠Mini Kitchen Game (4 players)
• Start with 2 dinks
• Open play begins with volleys and attacks after the second dink
• Play to 15 rally points

CHOOSE EITHER 1 drill after kitchen game

1.⁠ ⁠7-11 Game Drill ( intermediate player preference )
• Game to 11 points
• Trailing side must reach at least 7 points to count the game


2.⁠ ⁠Drive & Defense Drill
• One player drives from baseline
• Opponent blocks or resets from kitchen line

3.⁠ ⁠Smash & Defense Drill
• One player hits overhead smashes
• Opponent blocks, lobs, or resets

30minutes for social game after drills
