Our coaches hold qualifications from two leading international pickleball training organizations, combining the strengths of each to guide students. Achieved rankings in both Hong Kong open tournament and mainland China tournament. Our standards are not based on the market's inflated enrollment numbers and fees. Learning is easier and more fun when you participate with friends.)

*Playing games is a competitive sport. It's difficult to simultaneously practice and develop skills during a competition. To stabilize your skills, practice is essential. After practice, we will suggest short-term skill improvement directions for individual participants if needed.*

Please attend on time; late arrivals may result in missing the explanation. The activity will begin with multi-ball practice, including Dink, Speed-up & Lob, Serve-and-Receive/First Three Shots/Reset/Soft Block vs. Hard Drive (choose two or three), followed by games. We will explain the basic requirements and demonstrate the movements for each exercise. If you encounter difficulties during practice, you can request simple guidance to understand the reasons. Consistently handling the first three shots is essential for improving your skill level.

Practice is not training and cannot replace training. Participants should already have a theoretical foundation in skill development and want to stabilize their skills through practice. The reason for failing to improve hitting consistency during practice is a lack of theoretical foundation and methodology for the skills being practiced. You should first attend training sessions to receive detailed explanations, guidance, and practice arrangements from a coach. Continuing to practice and play with incorrect methods is most likely to lead to serious injuries, including wrist, heel, and leg injuries, often resulting in months of treatment. Caution is advised!

Practice partners may have varying skill levels. Lower-level players must focus on practicing consistent hitting, while higher-level players can use this opportunity to practice new skills and setups they lack confidence in. Everyone will benefit.

Practice will be conducted in Cantonese (if English is needed, a small practice group of 6 must be formed by the participants themselves). The venue is about 5-6 minute walk from nearby MTR station, a shaded street court, close to parking, and the nearest restroom is in a nearby shopping mall. Please bring your own racket and safety goggles.

Payment:
PayMe link https://payme.hsbc/parryparry .
Prepayment is required 72 hours in advance via PayMe, sending your payment record to the activity chat box, and clearly stating your name and the activity date and time at payment. The venue's GPS and transportation directions will be provided in the activity chat the night before the activity. Please note the payment deadline; late or non-payment will result in your account being put on hold or removed. No refunds will be given for cancellations or absences due to insufficient time to find a replacement after payment. If you suspect you may not be able to attend, please contact a friend or fellow participant for a replacement when making payment, just in case. Fees will be used to reimburse consumables/purchase supplies/equipment repairs, etc.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participants must assess the risks and abilities of the activity before participating or withdrawing, and must pay attention to safety. The organizers and other participants are not responsible for any accidents or injuries during the activity.

View the group chat box or click on Activities in the following group to see the fees, times, and content of all practice activities. Alternatively, you can form a small practice group of 6 with friends or fellow ball enthusiasts. This is more convenient and efficient, and you can schedule your own time. Simply PM me to schedule.

【 Or, if practice alone isn't enough for rapid improvement, you can form a small training group of 4 with friends or fellow ball enthusiasts. Simply PM me to schedule.

The purpose of small-group training is to utilize multi-ball practice, allowing students to learn the theory behind the skills required at that stage, methods for practicing stable ball-handling fundamentals (including home lessons), rally strategies, and correct postures to avoid wrist/elbow/leg injuries in just one lesson, through the coach's explanation and demonstration. Afterwards, they can solidify their skills through practice activities and receive more attention and guidance from the coach, thus improving their level and progressing to the next stage as quickly as possible. 】
