STRICTLY NO REFUND ONCE A SLOT IS CONFIRMED.

* All confirmed registrations are final.
* No-show = No refund.
* No transferring of payments or credits to another Open Play date.
* PASALO IS ALLOWED! If you cannot attend, you may transfer your slot to another player for the same scheduled OP.
* Please inform the organizers of the replacement player’s name before the session.
* Finding a replacement player is the responsibility of the registered participant.

Exception: The official rain and weather interruption policy below applies when organizers cancel or stop a session.

🌧️ RAIN & WEATHER POLICY

In case of rain or unsafe court conditions, the following policy applies if organizers officially cancel or stop the session:

* 0 games completed: 100% refund or OP credit.
* 1–2 games completed: 50% refund or OP credit.
* 3–4 games completed: 25% refund or OP credit.
* 5 games or more completed: STRICTLY NO REFUND.

Only fully completed games will be counted.

* Weather-related refunds or credits are applicable only when the organizers officially stop or cancel the games.
* Players who voluntarily leave while the session is still ongoing are not eligible for refunds.
* Organizers have the final decision on whether games can safely continue.
* Games will be suspended when courts become slippery or unsafe.

Safety will always be our priority!

🔒 LOCK-IN POLICY

* Lock-ins are allowed, subject to available slots and organizer approval.
* Lock-in players are not qualified for medals, Top 3 rankings, discounts, or other competitive prizes.
* Only officially registered and paid participants are eligible for Top Player awards.

🏓 GAME FORMAT

* Games are played to 11 points.
* At 10–10, the next point wins.
* Maximum game time is 13 minutes.
* When time is called, finish the current rally.
* The team with the higher score wins.
* If tied, play one deciding rally.

To help everyone enjoy more games, matches are capped at 13 minutes. This allows most participants to play approximately 7–8 games during the session, depending on player rotation and court availability.

🤝 COURT ETIQUETTE

* Be ready when your match is called.
* Serve promptly and keep the game moving.
* Return stray balls immediately to neighboring courts.
* Return balls to their respective courts.
* Exit the court promptly after your game to keep rotations on schedule.
* Respect all players and make fair line calls.
* No unnecessary delays or intentional time-wasting.
* STRICTLY NO SLIDING ON THE COURT.
* Wear appropriate court shoes and observe proper court safety.

PLEASE PLAY RESPONSIBLY!

For your own safety and the safety of others, please do not play if you are:

* Sick or feeling unwell.
* Experiencing dizziness, weakness, or extreme fatigue.
* Running on insufficient sleep.
* Physically unfit or not feeling well enough to participate.

Please stay hydrated, take breaks when necessary, and know your physical limits.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Pickle Vibes is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies resulting from a player’s health condition, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow safety rules, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Organizers reserve the right to stop a player from participating if there are visible safety concerns.
