👥 Locked-In Pairs: Max 3 pairs, first come first served. Must be declared at check-in. All locked-in pairs are NOT eligible for prizes.

• Game to 11 points
• Sudden death at 10–10

📌 Reminders:
• First to pay secures the slot
• By confirming your slot, you acknowledge and agree to the meet details, rules, and policies. The organizers are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or loss/damage of personal belongings during the event.

⚠️ Meet Confirmation:
• The meet requires a minimum of 18 confirmed players to proceed with 2 courts.
• Additional courts will only be opened once the required number of players is reached based on the 9:1 court ratio.
• If the minimum number of players required for the confirmed court allocation is not reached 3 hours before the event, the affected players will be refunded accordingly.
• If the minimum 18 players is not reached, the entire meet will be canceled and all payments will be refunded.

⚖️ Payment & Reservation Policy:
• All confirmed slots are non-refundable, except when the required player count for the confirmed court allocation is not reached by the 3-hour cutoff.
• Slots may be transferred to another player, provided the organizer is informed before the event.
• If unable to attend, the participant is responsible for finding a replacement.
• Cash reservations remain payable in full even if the participant does not attend.
• Payment is for the reservation and confirmation of the slot, not the actual playing time or number of games played.
