📲 GAME ROTATION

We’ll be using the ROTAROO app to manage court rotations and keep games organized, balanced, and running smoothly. This way, everyone gets plenty of opportunities to play! 🎾

🏓 PLAY FORMAT

• 4 players per court
• First team to reach 11 points wins
• No win-by-two — sudden death at 11!

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER

Players who come with a locked-in partner will NOT be eligible for the Top Player Rewards. This helps keep the competition fair for everyone. 🏆

⏰ CHECK-IN

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start for check-in. Keep track of the rotation and be ready when your name is called so we can keep the games moving smoothly! 🔥

• Slots are limited and will only be confirmed once payment has been completed.

• NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

• Payments are non-refundable but transferable. If you need to transfer your slot, please inform the organizer so the player list can be updated.

• Waitlisted players will only have their slots officially confirmed once payment has been completed.

• After payment, please upload your proof of payment through the Payment tab in ReClub
or send it directly to the organizer via chat.
