“Pay before Play”. GCASH or BANK TRANSFER. UPLOAD PAYMENT TO BE ON THE CONFIRMED LIST.

NO SHOW: NO REFUND, NO RE-SCHEDULING, NO TRANSFER OF PAYMENT/SLOT to other players.

EVERY SATURDAY, INTERMEDIATE LEVEL, 1pm to 5pm.

Those willing to join this schedule MUST HAVE a DUPR Acct and SYNCED with ReClub Account. They must commit to the schedule — ALL MUST BE PRESENT.

1. NR (No Rating) players will be separated from those with existing rating, but same rules will apply.
2. Players will do round robin.
3. Win/Lose stacking.
4. No repeat of doubles partner but may face same opponent for maximum of 3 times.
5. Must target minimum of at least 8 games per player.
6. 1 to 11 scoring, side-out. If score is tied at 10-10, win by 2 points.
7. Change court at 6 (setting sun factor).
8. LIMITED SLOTS, in multiples of 4, balanced number of NR players and those with existing DUPR.
9. Those who cannot come must let me know in advance.
10. NO WALK-INS.
11. Please be considerate and DO NOT BE LATE so as not to disrupt the set schedule.
12. LABEL YOUR PADDLES WITH YOUR NAME.

*Those with 90-100% reliability on DUPR is already good and will be considered as “graduate” of this schedule.

I ____ (player) am giving full consent to Neopolitan Brittany Pickleball Club and NBEVHAI to collect, record, organize, store, update, use, consolidate, block, erase or otherwise process information, whether personal, sensitive or privileged, pertaining to myself and the Business Interest and Related Party Disclosures hereof which will be used for the implementation of the transaction/request covered herein.

I ____ (player) allow Neopolitan Brittany Pickleball Club to use my photos, videos, and other forms of media, taken at the Neopolitan Brittany Pickleball Courts, open plays, tournaments, clinics and other pickleball club events of Neopolitan Brittany Pickleball Club with or without prior notice.

Neopolitan Brittany Executive Village Homeowners Association Inc (NBEVHAI) Clubhouse Office and Neopolitan Brittany Pickleball Club may use the photos/videos in any educational, announcements, or promotional materials, whether in print, digital, or other forms of media.

2. Neopolitan Brittany Pickleball Court House Rules
I ____ (player) will follow the House Rules set by NBEVHAI and the Neopolitan Brittany Pickleball Club. I understand and agree that the House Rules may change or be updated from time to time, with or without my knowledge.

3. Release of Liability
I ____ (player) hereby hold harmless, discharge, waive and release Neopolitan Brittany Pickleball Club, NBEVHAI Board of Directors, its officers, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in the NBEVHAI and Neopolitan Brittany Pickleball Club use, training, programs and/or events.

*** For Any Violation of these Rules, I, MAYAN, have been given the authority to BAN AND/OR BLOCK players from using our courts.
