This session is purely “inato” ra na drills. Walay coach so self drills lang ni. Let’s work as a team and apply all the drills we know and weve tried. We also learned some drills from all the coaching session we’ve had from respectable coaches here in cebu and we’re happy to share these drills as well :)

This session is only for High Beginners/Low Int/Int

By 4’s / by pairs

Fast paced:
- dinking drills
- volley drills
- reset drills
- straight 5-10min drills with only 1 min rest in between
