■ Slots may be transferred to a waitlisted or substitute player (refunds to be handled personally)
■ Kindly inform the admin at least 6 hours before the session for any changes
■ Replacement players are subject to admin approval
■ If the slot remains unfilled, the fee will go to the club fund
