- ₱100 entrance fee, not yet included. Payable directly to the venue upon arrival.

✅️ Reservation Policies
1. Request a slot: Sign up and join the requested pool.
2. Wait for approval: Pay the fee only after your status changes to WAITLISTED.
3. Send your payment to our GCash accounts.
4. Confirm your slot: Upload your payment receipt in the Chat Tab of this event to be a confirmed participant.

🛑 Cancellation Policies
- No Refunds / No Reschedules
- ​Slot Transfers Allowed: Paid registrations can be transferred or sold to another player for the same date only. Please inform us in the chat beforehand.
- ​Weather & Unforeseen Events: Dinky Weekly Pickleball Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule games in case of heavy rains or emergencies. Notifications will be sent directly via the Reclub App.

- A change of clothes

I grant my free, voluntary, and unconditional consent to the collection and processing of all personal data and transaction records relating to me by Dinky Weekly Pickleball Club in accordance with Republic Act (R.A.) 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and National Privacy Commission (NPC) guidelines.

​Waiver & Quitclaim
1. ​I execute this waiver, release, and quitclaim for myself.
2. ​I acknowledge and fully understand that participating in sports activities involves inherent risks, dangers, and potential injuries or losses.
3. ​I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the games.
4. ​I voluntarily waive all rights, actions, and demands, and forever release and discharge Dinky Weekly Pickleball Club, its organizers, admins, officers, members, or representatives from any liability, suits, or claims arising out of or in connection with these activities.
5. ​I affirm that I have read and understood this instrument and execute it freely and voluntarily.

​Indemnity Clause
I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Dinky Weekly Pickleball Club, its organizers, admins, officers, members, or representatives against any third-party claims, suits, damages, injuries (including death), losses, or expenses (including court costs and legal fees) resulting from my participation in club open plays, sessions, games and events.
