CANCELLATION POLICY
• No refunds after confirmation
• You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted or substitute player (refund to be handled personally)
• Inform the admin at least 12 hours before the session for any changes
• Replacement players must be approved by the admin
• If your slot is not filled, the fee will go to the club fund
