🥒 HOW TO JOIN OUR OPEN PLAY

1. Request to join the Open Play session.
Send your request through Reclub.
2. Check the WAITLISTED list.
Once your name appears on the WAITLISTED list, you may proceed with payment.
3. Upload your proof of payment.
Please upload your proof of payment IN THE PAYMENT TAB ONLY.
4. Wait for payment verification.
Your slot is considered CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN VERIFIED.

⚠️ Please do NOT send payment if there are no confirmed slots available.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Organizer Cancellation: A full refund will only be provided if the Open Play session is canceled by the organizers at least 4 hours before the scheduled session.
• Player Cancellation: No refunds will be given for player cancellations, including last-minute cancellations. However, players may transfer their slot to another person.
• Slot Transfer: The player is responsible for finding someone to take over their slot. Please inform the organizers once the slot has been transferred
