🥒 One Player, One Slot
Each registration is valid for one player only. Sharing a slot or switching players during the session is not allowed.

• Payment is required in advance
• Upload proof of payment after sending payment
• Unpaid registrations will remain in the waitlist
• No walk-ins allowed

🔄 Gameplay Format
• Fixed Partners Round Robin
• 12 players (6 pairs) on 1 court
• Matches will be generated via Reclub
• Side-out scoring; switch sides at 6 points
• First team to 11 wins (sudden death, no slide 2)
• We aim for at least 6 games per player. After completing all DUPR games, the remaining time will be OP time (usually around 1 hr or below)
• All matches will be submitted to DUPR

🔸 NOTE: We may switch to rotating partners if the slots are not filled 24 hours before the schedule.

🏓 Equipment
• Bring your own paddle
• Balls will be provided

❗Cancellation Policy
• Payments are non-refundable
• If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before the event so your slot can be offered to another player
• In case of emergencies, you may send a replacement player
