📌 Open Play Policy

• Slots are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future Open Play session.

• In the event of rain, extreme weather, court unavailability, or other force majeure circumstances, payments will remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a future Open Play session.

• Participants who fail to attend without prior notice (“no-show”) are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.

• By registering and submitting payment, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
