THE PICKLE DEN OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES 🏓

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable Open Play experience, kindly read and observe the following guidelines.

⚠️ BOOKING & PAYMENT

* All players will initially be waitlisted until payment is verified.
* First paid, first confirmed.
* Slots are secured only upon successful payment.
* Upload your proof of payment directly to the meet and use the meet’s chat function for all payment confirmations and inquiries.
* Please do not send payment receipts or inquiries through private messages (PMs) to admins, as these may not be monitored or verified.
* Walk-ins are subject to availability.
* Confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

🎾 GAME RULES

* Maximum of 5-ball warm-up or short dinking during the first game only.
* Announce the score before every serve.
* Games are played up to 11 points only.
* Observe proper court rotation and stacking.
* Follow staff instructions and court assignments.

‼️ CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

* All payments are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
* No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
* Slot transfers require prior approval from management.
* Refunds will only be issued for sessions canceled by The Pickle Den.

🚗 PARKING

* Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
* A confirmed booking does not guarantee a parking slot.
* Unavailability of parking shall not be a valid ground for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling.

📌 REMINDERS

* Wear proper court shoes and sportswear.
* Practice CLAYGO and keep the facilities clean.
* Respect fellow players and observe good sportsmanship.
* Beginners must know basic rules and scoring.
* Keep your personal belongings secure.
* Children are not allowed inside the playing courts.
* Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the games!

By joining The Pickle Den Open Play, players acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in pickleball. Management, staff, and organizers shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses arising during play, except as provided by law.

Participation signifies acceptance of these guidelines.
