REMINDERS:
* Slots are confirmed on a first-to-pay basis. please wait for your name to be transferred to the "Waitlist" before paying.
* Please settle your payments ASAP. Unpaid slots 6hrs before the event will be given to other players.
* Payment is non-refundable; however, you may find a replacement to buy/take your slot.
* For change of players please do inform us atleast 2hrs before the Game. Failure to do so, the new player will not be allowed to join the open play.
* Players who's name is not on the "Confirmed" list will not be allowed to join the Openplay even if you travelled far. Let's be resposible enough to read the details.

❎Non-Refundable & Non-Creditable

-All payments are final. Slots cannot be credited, refunded, or rescheduled for a future date.
- Bad Weather & Typhoons
Open Play will generally proceed regardless of weather conditions, and it is the sole discretion and responsibility of the player to decide if they can safely attend.
We will only cancel the Open Play if the courts become completely unplayable or if the surrounding roads are officially impassable.

✅ Slot Transfers Allowed
If you are unable to attend (due to weather or any other reason), you may sell or transfer your slot to another player. Please inform us so we can arrange the player lineup accordingly.
