📋 HOW TO JOIN OPEN PLAY

1. Request to join your preferred ReClub session. Check the date and time.
2. DO NOT PAY YET. Wait until your status changes to WAITLISTED.
3. Bringing a +1? Request their slot and ensure their name also appears on the WAITLIST before paying.
4. Upload your receipt:
• Yourself only: ₱100 → PAYMENT TAB
• Yourself +1: ₱200 → Upload the combined receipt ONCE in your PAYMENT TAB.
• +1 paying separately: Upload their receipt in the session’s CHAT TAB.
5. Wait for payment verification and confirmation.

⚠️ Refresh the app and check your status and slot availability before paying. Payments made while still REQUESTED or without an available slot are non-refundable. This also applies to +1 payments.

🎯 GAME FORMAT

• ORO PICKLE manages rotations and matchups using ⭐ Skill Ratings.
• Rate yourself from 1⭐ to 6⭐ at check-in.
• Two-minute warm-up on your first rotation only; no further warm-ups once everyone has played.
• Games to 11, win by 2; switch sides at 6.

📌 REMINDERS

• Check in at the Courtside Shop.
• Wear non-marking court shoes.
• Follow House Rules, Court Guidelines, and the assigned rotation or paddle-stacking order.
• Scan the Front Desk QR code for updated schedules.

⚠️ CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Confirmed bookings cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• If ORO PICKLE cancels before play begins due to power issues, generator testing, emergencies, or court unavailability, you will receive a full refund.
• You may transfer your slot to another player—inform the host or staff beforehand.
