NOTICE BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️

Confirmed & Paid OP slot = no cancellations and refunds

Rebooking only allowed with at least 1-2 days notice before the confirmed sessions. Once the session begins, no rebooking will be honored.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS ‼️

No VANTA Playserve confirmation = No confirmed slots. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed once the session is full.

Don’t send payments outside Playserve. No QR direct payments will be honored if the payment did not go through Playserve.

Confirmed slots = No refund policy. Rescheduling may be accepted on a case-to-case basis, especially if advised a minimum of 1-2 days in advance.

Fees: ₱250 OP fee + ₱100 access pass

OPEN PLAY BOOKING GUIDE ✅

To secure your Open Play slot, simply follow the steps below.

1. Request a Slot on ReClub

Browse our upcoming Open Play sessions on ReClub and send a request for the schedule you’d like to join. This lets us know you’re interested and allows you to see who you’ll be playing with.

2. Complete Your Registration on PlayServe

After requesting your slot on ReClub, proceed to PlayServe and register for the same date and time.

Please double-check that both platforms reflect the same schedule before proceeding.

3. Confirm Your Booking

Complete your booking registration through PlayServe.

Note: The ₱100 Access Pass per head may either be:

Paid in advance through PlayServe before checkout, or Paid on-site upon arrival at VANTA.

Your booking will only be processed once your registration has been completed.

4. Verification

Our team will verify your registration and approve your request on ReClub. Verification is typically completed within 1–2 hours during operating hours.

Your Reclub request will remain “waitlisted” if payment and registration on VANTA Playserve is pending or not completed.

5. You’re Ready to Play!

Once your request has been been confirmed, your Open Play slot is officially reserved.

Arrive a few minutes before your session, check in with our crew, and enjoy your games!

• Open Play bookings are final.

Rescheduling and refunds on the same day of the session are not permitted. Please ensure you are available to attend your confirmed Open Play session before completing your registration.

• First come, first served.

Open Play slots are limited and are confirmed only after successful registration and verification.

Please ensure that the name on your PlayServe account matches the name on your ReClub account to avoid delays in verification.

Note: Please do not save or share the Gcash QR on other channels as it may be changed without prior notice by the management due to transaction limits, etc. Thank you! 😊
