🎯 Open Gender Format

Your team can have any gender combination.

Each team matchup consists of 4 doubles matches, with pairings chosen from:

👬 MD: Men’s Doubles
👭 WD: Women’s Doubles
👫 XD: Mixed Doubles

Teams will be split into 2 groups of 4 teams each and play round robin matchups.

And this is where the strategy comes in… 🧠

⚖️ Handicap System

MD vs XD → XD starts +5
MD vs WD → WD starts +8
XD vs WD → WD starts +3
Same pairing type → No handicap

💡 Example:
MD vs WD → WD starts 8–0

🎯 Each match is played to 15 points
⚡ 14–14 = sudden death

If the matchup ends 2–2:

🔥 DreamBreaker to 11 points
🔄 Players rotate every 3 rallies
👥 All 4 players participate

👑 The top 2 teams from the 2 groups will qualify for the crossover Semifinals, followed by the Final and 3rd place matches.

🔒 Fixed 4-match Rotation

Every team must submit their 4-match lineup before the event.

All 4 registered players must compete.

You can decide your rotation later, it does not need to be submitted when registering your team.

⏰ Lineup Submission Deadline:
Wednesday, 14 October 2026 • 8:00 AM.

🔒 Once Submitted:
The 4-match rotation is LOCKED for the matchup.

So choose your rotation wisely. 🤔

📋 How to secure your team

1️⃣ Get Your 4 Players
Gather your team of 4. Any gender combination is allowed.

2️⃣ Register on ReClub
All 4 players must register and appear under “Requested”.

⚠️ Requested ≠ Confirmed

3️⃣ Contact Picklepedia
Once all 4 players are under Requested, your Team Representative sends to host:
• Player 1
• Player 2
• Player 3
• Player 4

4️⃣ Submit payment $60 for the full team of 4.

5️⃣ Get Confirmed 🔒
Host will verify the 4 players and payment before officially confirming the team.

🔥 Only after host confirms your team is your slot secured.

⏰ Cancellation Deadline

Tuesday, 13 October 2026 • before 8:00 AM.

Cancellation after the deadline → $60 team payment forfeited.

Teams may find a replacement after the deadline, subject to host approval.
