📌 A QUICK PAYMENT REMINDER

❤️ Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERABLE. If you can no longer attend, your slot may be transferred to another player.

🤝 2. BE FRIENDLY & PADDLE UP ❤️

Be welcoming and respectful to all players, regardless of skill level.
🏓 Make an effort to paddle up, introduce yourself, and connect with fellow players before the games begin!
🙌 Encourage and support newer players. Let’s help everyone feel comfortable and enjoy the game!
👏 Enjoyed playing with someone? Don’t forget to give them a KUDOS in RECLUB after the meet! ❤️

⏰ 3. ARRIVE EARLY & CHECK IN!

✅ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event for check-in and warm-up.
📣 Upon arrival, kindly approach the organizers and check in.
⚠️ Players who fail to check in may not be called for matches and may be tagged as a NO-SHOW in DinkPro.app. So, make sure we know you’re there!

🏓 4. LET’S KEEP THE GAMES MOVING!

🤖 Match rotations are automated through DinkPro app.
🎯 The first team to reach 11 points wins.
⚡ No win by 2 — once a team reaches 11 points, the game ends.
⏱️ If your match is still ongoing after 15 minutes, we’ll switch to RALLY SCORING to help speed up rotations. Every rally earns a point, including errors on serves, which award a point to the opposing team.
📣 Please make fair and honest line calls. Let’s keep the games competitive but respectful!

🔒 5. LOCK-INS ALLOWED (EXCLUDED FROM TOP 3)

‼️ Lock-ins are permitted if you wish to play exclusively with your chosen partner or group! However, to maintain fairness for everyone participating in the standard open play rotation, players/teams opting for lock-ins will not be eligible to win the top 3 spots. Let's keep the spirit of fun and fairness alive!

⭐🏓 6. DECLARE YOUR SKILL LEVEL HONESTLY!

Berks, help us create fun, fair, and balanced matches by declaring your correct skill level in DinkPro app! ❤️

⭐ 1 STAR – Total Beginner
⭐⭐ 2 STARS – Advanced Beginner
⭐⭐⭐ 3 STARS – Novice
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 STARS – Advanced Novice
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS – Intermediate

🤝 Please be honest when selecting your level! This helps us manage rotations and create a better playing experience for everyone.
❤️ Remember, this is an ALL-SKILLS OPEN PLAY! Everyone is welcome, and every skill level deserves respect. No pressure, no judgment — we’re all here to learn, improve, enjoy the game, and make new pickleball friends! 🥰🏓
Play fair, paddle up, and let’s grow together, Berks!🔥❤️

🛡️ 7. PLAY SAFE & ENJOY RESPONSIBLY!

🏓 Pickleball is a physical sport with inherent risks. By joining our Open Play, you acknowledge these risks, participate voluntarily, and take responsibility for your own safety. The organizers, hosts, and venue are not responsible for injuries, accidents, damage, or losses that may occur during the event.

❤️🏓 MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN!

Win or lose, let’s celebrate every rally, respect every player, cheer each other on, and make new friendships along the way! We’re here to enjoy pickleball, improve our game, and build an even stronger barkada! 🥰🔥

See you on the courts, BERKS!🏓❤️🤝
