📌 IMPORTANT PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment must be made first to secure and confirm your slot.
2. If you prefer to pay in cash, please PM the host in advance.
3. If you decide to back out 2 days before the tournament, you must find a replacement player/team. Otherwise, your registration fee will be considered forfeited (paid).


📋 RULES & REQUIREMENTS

1. Men's Doubles division only.
2. Players must register with a fixed partner.
3. No partner rotation or switching.
4. All games will be played to 11 points – Sudden Death.
5. Every player must have an active Reclub account connected to DUPR.
6. All match results must be accurately recorded.
7. Good sportsmanship and respect are expected from everyone.
8. All registrations are subject to organizer review and approval.
9. The organizer reserves the right to resolve disputes and clarify tournament rules.

📊 COMPETITION FORMAT

- Two pools: Pool A and Pool B (5 teams each).
- Each team plays four Round Robin matches.
- Top 2 teams from each pool advance to the semifinals.
- Semifinal winners compete for the championship.
- Semifinal losers compete for 3rd place.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ON THE COURT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED STARTING TIME.

This is for attendance checking, warm-up, and match preparation. Please respect the schedule so we can keep the tournament running smoothly.
