BACKCOURT PH OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

* Tap REQUEST TO JOIN to register.
* Full payment is required to confirm your slot.
* Please post your payment receipt in the designated Payment Tab.
* Your slot is not confirmed until payment has been verified.
* Please DO NOT PAY if the Open Play schedule is already full. Payments made for a full schedule will be credited to another available schedule and are non-refundable.
* For Plus One participants, payment receipts must be posted in the designated Open Play Group Chat.
* Open Play credits cannot be used for training classes.
* Walk-in registrations are subject to slot availability.
* STRICTLY NO CASH PAYMENTS.


2. REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING

* Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled Open Play are eligible for a refund.
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled Open Play and are subject to slot availability.
* Each booking is allowed one reschedule only.
* Payments received after the Open Play registration cutoff will automatically be applied for rescheduling.
* Open Play credits must be used within 15 days from the original signup date.

3. FORFEITURE

* Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled Open Play, no-shows, and emergency situations will result in forfeiture of the slot and payment.
* Forfeited bookings are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling.
* Players are encouraged to reschedule and use their Open Play credits within the 15-day period. Any unused payment after this period will be forfeited.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

* Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive behavior, or failure to follow facility rules may result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.

⚠️ Backcourt PH, organizers, venue management, and participants are not liable for injuries or illness sustained during play. Please participate with care.
