CANCELLATION POLICY

The player list will be frozen 24 hours before the game. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the game are non-refundable, as player spots and court costs are finalized based on confirmed attendance.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By registering, submitting payment, or participating in this event, I acknowledge that volleyball and related activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, contact with other players, and other injuries associated with physical activity.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume the risks associated with my participation. I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of participating safely.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I agree to the terms of the participation waiver and release of liability provided above. All players are required to review and complete the waiver before participating.

Participants under 18: A parent or legal guardian must review and complete the waiver on the minor participant’s behalf.
