Organized rotation with random matching (skill-based when possible)
Games are played to 11 points (No Win by 2)
Be ready when your name is called
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times

💳 Payment Guidelines

• AUTO-APPROVED does not mean you are already in the play; paid players will be prioritized first. UNPAID players may be moved to the waitlist.
• Please DO NOT send payment until your slot has been confirmed.
• Payment details will be provided after confirmation.
• No-shows are STILL REQUIRED to pay the registration fee since a slot has been reserved for you.
• No refunds for no-shows. Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund or credit.
• If you can no longer attend, please notify the organizer as early as possible so your slot can be offered to someone on the waitlist.

⏰ Please arrive 15–30 minutes early for warm-up, check-in, and smooth game rotations.
