To keep the games smooth, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, please observe the following:

• PickleQ Rotation: All games and player rotations will be managed through PickleQ.

• Game Format: Each game is played to 11 points.

• Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Be Ready to Play: Please stay attentive and be ready when your name is called.

• Late Arrivals: Rotations will continue as scheduled. Late players may miss games, and rotations will not be delayed to accommodate late arrivals.

• Rotate After Every Game: Players rotate after each game to give everyone a fair opportunity to play.

• Keep It Moving: Be ready for your next game and avoid unnecessary delays between rotations.

• Respect Everyone: Be courteous, encourage fellow players, and respect all skill levels. We’re here to learn, connect, and enjoy the sport together!

• Have Fun! Keep the atmosphere positive, friendly, and pressure-free. Good vibes on and off the court! ✨

• No payment, no confirmed slot. Requesting to join does not guarantee a spot.

• No walk-ins. Advance registration and payment verification are required.

• Non-refundable payments. Once paid, registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows.

• Slot transfers. Transfers to another player may be allowed with prior notice and approval.
