Player Confirmation & Cancellation Guidelines

• All players will be placed on the waitlist first.
• Your slot will only be confirmed upon payment or inform the host if paying in cash.
• We book and pay for the court in advance, so we are unable to cancel the reservation on short notice.
• If you need to cancel, please inform us at least one (1) day before the scheduled game for a full refund.
• Cancellations made on the day of the event make it difficult for us to find a replacement player.
• In such cases, we kindly ask that 50% of the payment be retained to help cover the reserved slot and court expenses, while the remaining 50% will be refunded.
