🏓 Hi everyone! Here are our Pickleball Games Guidelines! 🏓

To keep our sessions organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to read and follow these guidelines. 💙

🎟️ WAITLIST & CONFIRMATION

✅ All players will automatically be placed on the "Waitlist"

💳 Please pay only once you are on the Waitlist.
🚫 Do not send payment if the session is already full.

Once your payment has been verified, you will be moved to the "Confirmed List"✌️

💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept GCash and Cash payments.

For GCash:
• Check the GCash QR code posted in the chat section.
• Send your payment first.
• Post your proof of payment in the Reclub chat only
• Once verified, you will be moved to the Confirmed List.

For Cash:
•Please comment in the Reclub chat to let us know so we can verify and reserve your slot accordingly.

📌Please make sure you show up if you confirm cash payment.

🔄 SLOT TRANSFER

Unable to make it to the session? No worries!

If you have already paid, you may sell or transfer your slot to another player due to weather, personal reasons, or other circumstances.

📌 Please notify the admin through Reclub chat so we can update the player lineup accordingly.

🏓 GAME ROTATION — PICKLE Q

To make sure everyone gets a fair amount of playing time, we will follow the Paddle Queue (Pickle Q) system.

🔄 Please follow the queue accordingly.
🚫 No skipping the queue.
🤝 Let's give everyone a fair chance to play.

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY

⏰ Cancellation Freeze: 4 hours before the session starts

Once the cancellation freeze begins, drops/cancellations will no longer be allowed.

If you have an emergency and absolutely need to cancel after the freeze, please message the admin immediately.

🙏 Please cancel as early as possible to give other players a chance to take your slot.

Let's do our part in keeping the venue clean! 🧹

• Dispose of your trash properly.
• Keep your personal area clean.
• Please leave the playing area clean after your session.

🏓 Play at your own risk. By joining our game sessions, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own safety.

❤️ If you have any medical concerns or conditions that may affect your ability to participate in physical activity, please consult a medical professional beforehand.

⚠️ The club/organizers will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, lost items, or damaged belongings.
