OPEN PLAY RULES
• Open play queueing and court rotations will be managed through PickleQ
• No Deuce, First to 11 wins
• Max 12 minutes per game
• No more dinking after your 1st game
• Check in only when you are ready to play
• You can request fixed partner (not eligible for top player awards)
• Balls will be provided
• Inform us ahead of time if you need a paddle, we will provide one for you free of charge
• Respect all players specially beginners and observe good sportsmanship
• No abusive language or unsportsmanlike conduct
• Wear proper athletic attire and non-marking court shoes only
• Play at your own risk
• Keep the courts clean and dispose of trash properly
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who violate the rules

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Confirmed slots are non-refundable.
• Players may transfer, sell, or endorse their slot to another player if unable to attend.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
• Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the organizers or you paid when the event is already full.
