3. CANCELLATIONS & SLOT TRANSFERS
For confirmed and paid players:

• You may transfer or sell your slot to another player playing on the SAME DATE ONLY.
• If transferring your slot, please inform the organizers in advance and provide the full name of your replacement.
• The original player is responsible for finding a replacement.
• No replacement = no refund or credit.

4. 🎾 BALLS WILL BE PROVIDED
• A ball will be provided per court. Please leave in the court every after use.
• Please feel free to also use your own ball as shared balls tend to have lower quality due to wear and tear.

By joining our Open Play sessions, players acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety, personal belongings, and equipment.
