🚫 Cancellation Policy:
✅ Cancel on D-48 H/heavy rain/canceled by coach or court management: 100% refund (Kuyy balance)
✅ Cancel on D-24 H: 50% refund (Kuyy balance)
✅ On the event day: no refund, but players may find a replacement
