🎾 MATCH FORMAT & RULES

• Fixed Partners — Players must register with their designated partner.
• Guaranteed 5 Games per team/player.
• Scoring: Games are played to 11 points.
• No Deuce: At 10–10, the next point wins.
• Side-Out Scoring: A point is scored only by the serving team.
• Warm-Up: 2 minutes before the first match.
• Call Time: Players must be at the court and ready to play 10 minutes before their scheduled game time.
• Match Start: Once called, players should proceed to the court immediately to keep games on schedule.
• Time Management: Please keep warm-ups and between-game breaks brief so everyone can complete their guaranteed games.

⏰ LATE / NO-SHOW POLICY

Players will be called up to 3 times for their scheduled match.

1️⃣ First Call — Player/team is called to the court.
2️⃣ Second Call — Reminder that the match is waiting.
3️⃣ Third Call — Final call.

If a player/team is still not present after the 3rd call, their match will be rescheduled to the next available match slot to avoid delaying the rotation.

If the player/team is still unavailable when the rescheduled match is called, the match will be recorded as an automatic 0 score.

⏱️ Please be court-ready before your scheduled match. Delays affect the entire rotation and other players’ guaranteed games.


🏆 DUPR: All eligible games will be submitted to DUPR.

Request to join the event and wait for your slot to be available.

STEP 2 — CHECK SLOT AVAILABILITY
Once waitlisted, check first if a slot is still available before making any payment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours before playtime and no-shows are NON-REFUNDABLE.
