💳 PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION PROCESS
✅ Step 1: Submit Join Request

Send a join request on Reclub.

✅ Step 2: Settle Payment

Once a slot is available, proceed to pay for your slot.

✅ Step 3: Upload Receipt

Upload your payment screenshot in the Payment Tab.

🎉 Confirmation

Your slot is confirmed only after your payment is verified and your name appears on the Confirmed List.

❗ Do NOT pay if there are no open slots on the Confirmed List.

➕ For Plus Ones

The original requester must upload the payment receipt for their plus one.

Plus ones are confirmed only after payment + receipt upload.

🔁 Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your playtime.

Requests made after 24 hours will be forfeited.

No-shows are automatically forfeited.

📍 Court Rules

Arrive on time.

Follow fair rotation.

Respect all players and organizers.

Keep the area clean and behave respectfully.
