By joining this event, all players agree to the following:

1. COSTUMES ARE OPTIONAL. Come in your best Halloween or intergalactic costume and be part of the cosmic celebration! OR wear your best pickleball outfit 👍

2. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FIGHTING AND COMMOTION. Fighting, physical aggression, threats, harassment, or deliberately causing a commotion will NOT be tolerated. Anyone who starts a fight or causes a disturbance will be BANNED FROM DINK-A-DINK ACTIVITIES AND MUST LEAVE THE COURT PREMISES IMMEDIATELY. No exceptions for disruptive behavior.

3. PLAY FAIR AND RESPECT EVERYONE. Respect fellow players, organizers, venue staff, and the rules of the game. Good sportsmanship is mandatory.

4. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Players are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The organizer is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage during the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY. No refunds for cancellations made within 8 hours before the game. Slot transfers are allowed.

6. SLOT CONFIRMATION. Your slot is confirmed only after your proof of payment has been received and validated, or your cash arrangement has been confirmed in the group chat.

7. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT. By participating, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the session for Dink-a-Dink's social media pages.
