⚠️ PLAY SAFE, PLAY FAIR

Pickleball is a physical activity, and participation comes with inherent risks. Please play within your abilities, warm up before playing, stay hydrated, and inform the organizers of any incident that occurs during the session.

Players are responsible for their personal belongings and should take reasonable precautions to protect them. ARC Social will take reasonable steps to maintain a safe and respectful playing environment, but cannot guarantee that injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings will not occur.

🌧️ WEATHER & RAIN POLICY

Since ARC Social’s Pickle & Giggles sessions are held on outdoor courts, weather conditions may affect scheduled play.

* If rain makes the courts unsafe or unplayable, the session will be postponed or rescheduled.
* If rescheduling is not possible, players may choose to receive a refund for the affected session.
* If play is interrupted by rain after the session has started, refunds or rescheduling will be handled fairly based on the remaining playable time and circumstances.
* The organizers will notify confirmed players of any cancellations, schedule changes, or refund arrangements through the official communication channel.
