🎾 GAME FORMAT

Doubles games will be played with rotating partners and opponents. Games are race to 11, no deuce, with a 15-minute time limit. There is no play for serve. Games start at 0-0-2, with the serving team determined through bato-bato-pick.

Warm-up is limited to 2 dinking rallies before each game to maximize playing time. No extended warm-ups between games.

The host will manage the rotation to ensure players get a mix of partners and opponents throughout the session.

⭐ PLAYER LEVEL

Maximum DUPR: 3.1

Players above 3.1 may join provided their DUPR reliability is below 60%.

NR players are welcome. Please be honest with your self-assessment so we can arrange appropriate matchups.

This is a competitive, DUPR-rated session, not a beginner-focused open play. Players should be comfortable with basic pickleball rules, scoring, serving, court positioning, and recreational-level rallies.

✅ DUPR REQUIREMENTS

Please join our DUPR Club before the session:

DUPR Club 7417296482

Your DUPR account must be synced with Reclub before you can request to join this Open Play.

⭐ GAME MANAGEMENT & LINE CALLS

Organizers will only facilitate and manage the games. No referees will be present.

Please make honest and respectful line calls. If there is a disagreement or uncertainty about a call, reserve/repeat the serve and continue the game fairly rather than argue over the call.

Players and spectators may assist with line calls when appropriate. If players on court disagree with a call made by someone watching, reserve/repeat the serve.

⭐ ROTATION

Please follow the assigned rotation and return to the queue promptly after each game.

Partners are not fixed. Players will be paired with different players throughout the session, regardless of gender or DUPR rating, subject to the host’s rotation.

⭐ PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME

Games will follow a strict rotation schedule. Late arrivals may result in a defaulted game to avoid disrupting the rotation and affecting other players’ guaranteed games.

⭐ CANCELLATION & SLOT TRANSFER

Payments are non-refundable.

Slots may be transferred to another player. Please inform the host beforehand and provide the replacement player’s name.

The replacement player must meet the session’s player-level requirements and complete the required DUPR/Reclub setup before joining.
