📌 CANCELLATION POLICY

Plans change—we get it! 🫶 If you can no longer make it, please cancel at least 24 hours before the game so we have enough time to offer your spot to someone else.

💗 Within 24 hours — fee is non-refundable unless you find a replacement
💗 No-show — fee is non-refundable
💗 If the organizer needs to cancel due to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll keep everyone updated and arrange the appropriate refund or credit.

🩹 PLAY SAFE, BESTIE!

Tennis is all fun and games until someone forgets to warm up. 😅🎾

Please make sure you’re physically ready to play and remember that tennis comes with its own little risks of injury.

✨ Warm up properly
💧 Stay hydrated
🫶 Listen to your body
🩹 Feeling pain, dizzy, or unwell? Take a break or sit one out!

No rally is worth pushing through when your body says nope. 💛

🎀 THE VIBE

Come for the tennis, stay for the good vibes! ✨

Whether you’re here to level up your game, get a good workout, meet new tennis friends, or simply have a fun time on court—we’re happy to have you! 🎾

Expect competitive but friendly games, good rallies, a little kulitan, and hopefully lots of laughs along the way. 🫶

Let’s keep things fun, friendly, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.

🎾 Show up. Hit some balls. Make new friends. Have fun.

See you on court, besties! 🎀✨
