• Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the event are non-refundable. However, your registration fee may be credited toward the next scheduled Open Play, subject to organizer approval and availability. If you are unable to attend, you may also transfer your slot to a replacement player. Otherwise, your registration fee will be forfeited.
