🎾 What to Bring

✅ Service balls are provided.
✅ Bring your own paddle, or rent one for ₱100/whole session
✅ Wear comfortable sports attire and non-marking court shoes.
✅ Don't forget your water bottle.

🤝 Respect everyone on and off the court.
😊 Encourage fellow players and help beginners feel welcome.
⏰ Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled play.

❗ Cancellation Policy
❌ No refunds for cancellations.
✅ If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to someone on the waitlist. Please inform the admins immediately so we can update the participant list.

🌦️ Weather Advisory

Our reserved courts are outdoor courts, so all games are subject to weather conditions.

☀️ Open Play will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise announced by the admins.

🌧️ In case of heavy rain or unsafe court conditions:

* The admins will post an official update as early as possible.
* If play is cancelled before the event starts, players will be informed of the available options (reschedule, carry-over, or refund—depending on the court's cancellation policy).
* If rain occurs after play has already started, decisions will be based on the remaining court time and the venue's policy.
