📌 Game Management

— The host will be using PickleQ to manage game rotations and match assignments. Please cooperate and follow the system to ensure smooth and fair play for everyone.



📌 RULES & REMINDERS

1. Locked-in Partners: Locked-in partners are allowed. However, prizes will be awarded per team, not per individual player.
2. Payment Deadline: All unpaid players will be placed on the waitlist on October 28. Please settle your payment before the deadline to secure your slot.
3. Proof of Payment: Please send a screenshot of your payment receipt in the chat section of this meet on ReClub to confirm your slot(s).
4. Payment Policy: All payments are non-refundable. However, slot transfers (pasalo) are allowed.
5. Check-in & Warm-up: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in and warm-up.
6. Game Time Limit: Each game has a maximum time limit of 14 minutes.
7. Scoring System: No slide scoring. The first team to reach 11 points wins the game.
8. Sportsmanship: Negative behavior, trash talk, and unsportsmanlike conduct are not tolerated. Please respect all players, organizers, and court rules.
9. Fair Play: Play honestly, respect your opponents, and help maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere for everyone.
10. Health & Injury Disclaimer: Players with existing health conditions are encouraged to assess their fitness before participating and inform the organizers of any relevant concerns. Pickleball involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. By joining, players acknowledge these risks and are responsible for their own health and safety. The host, organizers, and court owner shall not be held responsible for injuries or health-related incidents during play, to the extent permitted by law. Please play safely and stop if you feel unwell.
