HOW TO JOIN

1. Send a REQUEST
* Wait for your name to appear on the waitlist
2. SECURE your slot
* Pay via GCash once waitlisted
* Send payment screenshot via chat or DM to Charm (organizer)
* Slots are secured via payment, NOT waitlist

3. CONFIRMATION
* Once payment is verified by the Admin, you’ll be moved to CONFIRMED


GAME FORMAT

* Games are race to 11 (No Deuce) for more playing time
* Rotation via app (link will be shared)

* ❌ No walk-ins (confirmed players only)
* 🚫 No cancellations or refunds
* You may transfer/sell your slot if you can’t attend
* No-shows are non-refundable


HOUSE RULES

* ⏰ Arrive at least 15 minutes early to warm up
* 💧 Bring your own tumbler (free water and ice are provided)
* 🏓 Bring your own paddle if possible
* Limited paddles available for rent (₱50, reserve in advance)
* 🥐 We have complimentary snacks for ALL players
