📌 HOW TO JOIN:
* REQUEST, PAY, and UPLOAD receipt to reserve your slot!
* Players who have not yet paid will be placed on the waitlist IF slots become FULL.
* If a confirmed player cancels, the next player on the waitlist will be offered the available slot.

📋 EVENT FORMAT:
* Maximum of 50 players
* 5 courts
* 6:00pm to 11:00pm (5 HOURS)
* 10:1 player to court ratio for balanced rest and gameplay rotation
* SNACKS provided
* FREE ICE and use of WATER DISPENSERS
* FREE use of TRIPODS and magnetic phone holders
* FIRST AID KIT available
* Match up requests will be entertained fairly, just approach our hosts!

❗IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
* Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to check-in.
* Bring your own paddle and sport essentials!
* STRETCH and WARM UP! Safety first!
* Payment made is non-refundable but can be transferred to another player upon negotiation.

🏆 CHALLENGER COURT FORMAT

1. QUARTERFINALS

- All matches are Race to 7, NO DEUCE.
- Win 3 consecutive games to qualify for the Semifinals. Only 4 pairs can qualify.
- First game: RPS or coin toss determines the choice of serve or court side. Switch sides after every game.
- Next challenger matches: Incoming challengers serve first. Switch sides every new challenger.
- Start between 7:00–7:30 PM.
- Players are responsible for all calls, including IN/OUT and foot faults.

⏰ 10:00 PM CUTOFF
- Quarterfinals end at 10:00 PM, then Semifinals begin immediately.
- If only 3 pairs qualify, the first pair to qualify directly advances to the Finals. The second and third pairs play for the remaining Finals spot.

🏅 The earlier you qualify, the greater your advantage!


2. SEMIFINALS

- All matches are Race to 11, NO DEUCE.

IF 3 PAIRS QUALIFY:
- The first pair to qualify advances directly to the Finals.
- The second and third pairs play for the remaining Finals spot.
- RPS or coin toss determines the choice of serve or court side.

IF 4 PAIRS QUALIFY:
- Match 1: 1st qualifier vs 4th qualifier.
- Match 2: 2nd qualifier vs 3rd qualifier.
- Matches follow this order. The first qualifier has the advantage of playing first.
- RPS or coin toss determines the choice of serve or court side for each matchup.

🏅 Winning pair(s), depending on the format, advance to the Finals.


3. FINALS

- Race to 15 POINTS, with DEUCE ALLOWED.
- Point cap upto 21 points.
- Upon reaching 21 points, the pair is declared the winner.
- Switch court sides when the first pair reaches 7 points.
- RPS or coin toss determines the choice of serve or court side.

🏆 The winning pair will be crowned COURT CHAMPS!


📣 IMPORTANT NOTES

- Respect players' calls, especially scoring. Spectators must not interfere with scoring or line calls.
- Score disputes: A re-service will take place.
- Sportsmanship: Avoid yelling and cussing. Cheers are welcome if they don't disrupt play.
- Semifinals & Finals: Each pair gets **one timeout per match, lasting a maximum of 1 minute.
- Umpire: An organizer will assist with IN/OUT calls and monitor foot faults during the Semifinals and Finals. The organizer is not a certified referee but will do their best to ensure fair play.
- Certified Coaches: Allowed to participate, but two coaches cannot form a pair. Each coach must partner with a non-coach player.

Fee: 280PHP

Digital payment preferred.
Cash payment is allowed only for walk-ins if slots are available.
