🏓 EVENT DETAILS
• Courts: 2 Courts
• Duration: 3 Hours
• Fee: ₱190/player
• Format: Skill-Based Queue
• Paddle Stacking: PickleQ
• Scoring: First to 11 points

Players will be organized through a skill-based queue for balanced and enjoyable games.

Slots are only secured once full payment has been made and verified.

💸 HOW TO REGISTER
1. Request to join the event.
2. Pay the ₱190 registration fee.
3. Send your GCash receipt screenshot and full name.
4. Wait for payment verification and confirmation.

🥒 5-BALL DINKING WARM-UP
All players are required to complete exactly 5 balls of dinking practice before joining the games.

📌 EVENT REMINDERS
• Arrive 10–15 minutes before the session.
• Bring your own paddle (limited paddles may be available for sharing).
• Bring your water bottle and stay hydrated! 💧
• Follow the PickleQ skill-based queue and wait for your turn.
• Be respectful of fellow players, organizers, and court staff.
• Keep games moving and help maintain a fun, friendly environment!

📌 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
• Inform organizers at least 24 hours before the event if you cannot attend.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Slot transfers may be allowed with prior coordination and approval.
