🕒 3 hours of play in Court 1

⛔ Facility entrance fee is 50 PHP which is already included in the payment fee

👥 We will be using the Pickle Q queueing system if we reach a minimum of 10 players. Balances teams by rating. Avoids repeat matchups when possible.

🎥 Games are recorded and will be accessible after 24 hours via a Google Drive link which will be posted in this chat.

❓ How it works:
1. Request to join the session and wait to be added to the waitlist.

2. Once added, complete payment in the PAYMENT TAB to confirm your slot.

3. Pay via GCash and upload your receipt in the PAYMENT TAB.

• Cancel 24+ hours before: full refund
• Within 24 hours: we'll give you credit for your next Queen's Court session, or you can pass your slot to a friend 💜
• No-shows are non-refundable

I accept the rules and regulations of this meet.

I accept the risks of injury from sports activities (falls, collisions, equipment, etc.) and assume them voluntarily.

I'm physically fit to participate and will alert staff of any discomfort.

I release the facility, owners, staff, and agents from liability for injuries or losses during my visit.

I'll follow facility rules; non-compliance may mean removal without refund.

The facility isn't liable for lost/stolen/damaged personal items.

I consent to photo/video use for promotions unless I opt out with staff.
