📋 EVENT POLICIES & PLAYER ETIQUETTE

💸 REGISTRATION FEES
Once payment has been confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable. Please make sure you are available on the scheduled date before completing your payment.

🌧️ WEATHER & UNEXPECTED CONDITIONS
We aim to continue playing as scheduled whenever conditions allow. However, every player’s safety comes first. Please use your judgment when deciding whether it is safe to travel to the venue.

The organizers may postpone or cancel the event if the courts are no longer safe or playable, or if official travel restrictions make the venue inaccessible. Any changes to the event schedule will be communicated to registered players.

🔄 CAN’T MAKE IT? TRANSFER YOUR SLOT.
If something comes up, you may arrange for another eligible player to take your place. Please notify the organizers and wait for confirmation so we can update the registration list and playing lineup.

🤝 RESPECT THE GAME & THE COMMUNITY.
Every player contributes to the atmosphere on the court. Be respectful, follow the rotation system, observe proper pickleball etiquette, and keep the games enjoyable for everyone.
