🚨 How to Secure Your Slot & Payment

1. Click “Request to Join” on Reclub.

2. Wait until you have been placed on the WAITLIST before making any payment.

3. Make your payment using GCash or bank transfer through the Payments tab.

4. UPLOAD your payment receipt in the Payments tab to ensure your payment is applied correctly.

5. Slot is confirmed only upon verification of payment for waitlisted players.

For players who are on Requested or On Hold status, payment will not be accepted until you are in the waitlist.

6. DO NOT send your proof of payment in the event chat.

7. Once all slots are filled, players remaining on the waitlist will be placed on hold. No additional join requests will be accepted unless more slots become available.

Whether you’re trying pickleball for the first time or looking for a fun recreational session, our Sunday Open Play is designed to provide a welcoming, social, and encouraging environment for players of all skill levels.

With plenty of court time, you’ll have more opportunities to meet new players, enjoy great rallies, and make the most of your Sunday.

Experienced players are also welcome! We encourage everyone to help create a positive experience by being patient, respectful, and supportive of fellow players. Together, we can continue building a community where everyone enjoys the game and gets better each play.

🏓 Open Play Guidelines

⭐ Randomized Queue – We use an automated randomized queue to ensure fair rotations and mix up partners and opponents throughout the session. No fixed pairings.

⭐ New to Pickleball? – Please let one of our admins know if you’re a beginner and would like some guidance. We’ll do our best to help make your first experience enjoyable and comfortable.

⭐ Be On Time – Players are encouraged to arrive before the scheduled start time. To provide a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, game rotations will not be adjusted for late registration or late arrival. As a result, players who join after play has begun may have fewer game opportunities during the session.

⭐ Dinking Warm-Ups – Dinking warm-ups are permitted only during the first hour of the Open Play. After the first hour, all games will begin immediately with play to serve to maximize court time and keep rotations moving efficiently.

⭐ No Deuce – Games are played first to 11 points, win by one to maximize court time and keep court rotations moving efficiently.

⭐ Call the Score – All players are expected to keep score and clearly announce the score before every serve.

⭐ Good Sportsmanship – Please be patient, encouraging, and respectful to all players. This session is designed to provide a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.

⭐ Questions or Concerns – Participants and club members are encouraged to approach the Club Admins with any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise during the event. Our goal is to resolve concerns promptly while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for everyone and preserving the unique vibe of Punjung’s Picklers.

The Club Admins reserve the right to determine eligibility for participation in Open Plays, tournaments, and other club activities. Participation may be approved, declined, suspended, or revoked when an individual’s conduct or behavior is inconsistent with the values and standards of Punjung’s Picklers, or may negatively impact the experience of other members.
