📝 Registration：

After requesting, you will first be placed on the Waiting List. You may then make payment, and once confirmed, you will be moved to the Confirmed List.

This session is not first-come, first-served. To achieve that the games meet the required skill level for the event, the organizer will make the final selection based on participants’ Self-Rating, Kudos, and DUPR rating. Thank you for your understanding 🙏🏻.

💸 Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1️⃣ After payment and confirmation of your spot, a refund can be arranged if you are unable to attend and another participant later takes your place.

2️⃣ If the event is cancelled due to adverse weather, a full refund will be provided.
