Registration & Payment
• Slots are confirmed only upon uploading proof of payment.

• No refunds for late cancellations. For valid cancellations, you may request a refund or credit for future sessions.
• You may transfer your slot to another player if you cannot attend.

Court Gameplay & Etiquette
• Organizers manage rotation for fair play. Requested matches or locked partners are accommodated upon request.
• Balanced, skill-matched games will be observed.
• Bring your own paddle, water, and snacks.

Court Condition & Safety
• Basketball court. Please wear appropriate athletic shoes and prepare for outdoor conditions.
• Organizers are not liable for injuries or personal incidents. By participating, players assume all personal risks.i
