*租用場地時間有限，如交場時間到，比賽立即停止（不作加時），並以當刻分數作為排名結果。

*如循環賽超時/未能完成，則取消決賽，以循環當刻分數作為排名結果。

發送申請 (Submit Request)： 點擊「Join Request」發送申請後，即可進入申請名單 (Request List)。

審核及轉入候補 (Review & Waiting List)： 大會完成審核後，合資格參加者將會被轉至 候補名單 (Waiting List)。

完成付款 (Payment Window)： 轉入 Waiting List 後，請於 24小時內 完成付款以鎖定及確認名額。（請注意：請務必於被轉至 Waiting List 後才進行付款）

逾期處理 (Overdue Status)： 如收到通知後 24 小時內未有付款，您的報名將會轉為 暫停 (On Hold)，名額將讓予下一位參加者。

退款政策 (Refund Policy)： 恕不設退款。付款後如因事未能出席，可自行安排其他人頂替。

準時報到： 參加者必須準時出席。如未能於 10 分鐘內報到，大會有權取消其參賽資格，且不作任何退款。

場地時間限制： 比賽只會在租場時間內進行，不作加時，夠鐘即停。如因自行加時導致場地收取額外費用或引起爭議，一切費用及後果由相關參加者自行承擔。

賽程安排： 比賽制度和流程由大會安排，為免引起混亂，請勿自行修改賽程。

交通路線： 請自行提早搜尋到達場地之方法和路線，如有疑問，請提早通知大會。

判決爭議： 比賽期間 In / Out 由接球方負責判定。如發球方有爭議，以重新發球方法解決。最終判決由大會決定。

保險說明： 是次活動並未有保險覆蓋，如需要請自行購買。

個人財物： 請自行看管個人財物（例如攝影器材），如有損壞或遺失大會概不負責。

體育精神： 大會重視並感謝參加者展現良好的個人態度及體育精神。

最終決定權： 如有任何爭議，大會保留最終決定權。


🏆 Round Robin Pickleball Event 🏆

Format: 15-point game (No Deuce) | Non-DUPR

Duration: 2 hours

Courts: 3 courts available

Schedule: Round Robin + 2 Finals Matches* (15 or 11 points/game, depending on event progress)

*Court rental time is limited. When booking time ends, games stop immediately with no overtime, and current scores will be used for final rankings.

*If the Round Robin goes over time or cannot be completed, the finals will be canceled, and standings will be based on current Round Robin scores.

📌 Registration & Payment Policy

Submit Request: Click "Join Request" to enter the Request List.

Review & Waiting List: After review, eligible participants will be moved to the Waiting List.

Payment Window: Once moved to the Waiting List, please complete your payment within 24 hours to lock in your spot. (Please ONLY make payment after you have been moved to the Waiting List).

Overdue Status: If payment is not received within 24 hours of notification, your registration will be placed On Hold and offered to the next player.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided. If you cannot attend after payment, you may arrange for a replacement player.

⚠️ Rules & Disclaimer (Clicking "Join Request" indicates agreement and acceptance of all terms below)

Punctuality: Participants must arrive on time. If you fail to check in within 10 minutes of the start time, the organizer reserves the right to forfeit your participation without any refund.

Court Time Limits: Matches strictly take place within the booked court time—no overtime, play stops immediately when time is up. If unauthorized play results in extra charges from the venue, all fees and consequences will be borne entirely by the participants involved.

Schedule Arrangements: Match schedules and procedures are set by the organizer. Please do not modify the schedule on your own to prevent confusion.

Directions: Please research directions and transportation to the venue in advance. Notify the organizer early if you have any questions.

Line Calls & Disputes: In/Out line calls are determined by the receiving side. In case of a dispute by the serving side, the point will be replayed. Final calls rest with the organizer.

Insurance: Insurance is not included in this event. Please arrange your own insurance coverage if needed.

Personal Belongings: Please watch your personal belongings (e.g., photography equipment). The organizer assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Sportsmanship: We value and appreciate all participants demonstrating a positive attitude and good sportsmanship.

Final Authority: In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the right to make the final decision.
